Course: km 24 - difference in height m. 442
The course is valid as italian stage of UCI World Cycling Tour (The UWCT-Coroporation will keep records of the
50% first athletes of each age category), which UWCT-Final will be held in Trento the next 20th September 2013.
Participations:
Open to all adult male and female riders.
Professionals and cyclists of the Elite category who have a Professional or a Continental contract in the last two years (2013 - 2012) are not admitted to the race. For females the same rule applies. U23 and Elite without contract can participate to the Time Trial - Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone – Trophy Wilier Triestina, but not before the age of 25. Professionals can be admitted exclusively for promotional purposes and subject to invitation by the Organizing Committee and may not take part in any way in the ranking.
The 2013 Time Trial - Legendary Charly Gaul – Trophy Wilier Triestina is by invitation and the Organising Committee may decide at any time whether to accept or not accept the enrollment or to exclude at any time an enrolled contestant for the event that may damage the image of the event (such as participants who have been disqualified for the use of drugs). The cyclists who have not regularly registered for the race cannot join the starting grid, on pain of exclusion. In the event of an accident, they will be reported in accordance with the law.
In order to pick up your race number, you must show your original membership card: those enrolling after July 18th must also present a copy of the application form and a copy of the payment receipt.
Sports team may submit a collective application. Their race numbers and packages may be picked up only by the head of the group and only upon showing the original membership cards or licenses of all the cyclists.
For single registrations the starting number needs to be picked-up personally by showing the cycling license 2013 and an original valid ID (identity card, passport or driving license) and on handing over a copy of the medical certificate. No copies of ID's or other ID's allowed. A pickup from third parties is not accepted.
If the cyclist do not have a valid cycling license or a valid medical sport certificate, the athlete must have a medical sportive test in Trento at his own expenses.
Registration:
On the website www.sdam.it with payment by bank transfer or other payment modalities depending on the country, payment with credit cards are allowed as well.
The payment fees are shown in the payment procedure and are at the expense of the participants.
Participation fees:
€ 30,00 until 31st January
€ 40,00 from 1st February to 30th April
Special Team Fees: every 10 subscriptions the 11th is for free
The fee includes: race number, refreshment at the Finish, medical assistance,.
End of the entry: at 250 participiants
Start:
The Starting order is based on the enrolment date with start every 30 seconds. Those who delays will be disqualify. The Race will take place with every weather condition.

If you do not have a valid cycling license or a valid medical sport certificate, you must have a medical sportive test in Trento at your expenses and buy the daily-license from the Italian Cycling Federation for € 15,00.

Carry the number on the handlebar including the transponder and a number on the back provided by the organisation. The format of these numbers may not be changed. Use the approved hard helmet fastened throughout the race.

The Sdam/Championchip Staff will be on disposal at the arrival to gather the chip till 5.30 pm of 21st July 2013

Rigid Helmet: compulsory

Medical Service: There will be some ambulances with doctors and nurses following the race and there will also be a fixed point for first aid at the arrival
Mechanical Assistance: The assistance of private vehicles (except from those who are authorised by the organisation) following the race is strictly prohibited, under penalty of disqualification of the athlete.
Antidoping: Cyclists subject to penality shall not be allowed to race. Possible antidoping checks will be at the Sport Center Cavedine.
Cancellation of the event: If the event has to be cancelled due to exceptional circumstances there is no refund of the entry fee but the organisation reserve the right to start in 2014 after completing the registration procedure as requested for coming edition.
Protests: Any protests must reach the jury before the specified deadline, together with the fee as laid down in the Italian Cycling Federation regulations.
Copyright: by enrolling in the event, the cyclist explicitly authorizes the organizers to use free-of-charge the still and/or motion pictures that will be taken during participation in The Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone. The organizers may transfer the rights to these imagines, as specified in this agreement, to their institutional and commercial partners. The cyclists’ authorization to use his/her image is understood to be for an unlimited time – as prescribes by all applicable laws, regulations and agreements, with no territorial limits in any part of the world – and for commercial use in publications and videos such as (but not limited to) promotional and advertising materials, on any type of data support.
Declaration of responsibility: Each enrolled cyclist must accept the terms of the following declaration, which is printed on the application form for the event. If the participant is under 16 years old, the following terms must be accepted and signed by one of his/her parents:
“I hereby affirm that I am aware of and will comply with the regulations of The 2013 Time Trial - Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone, as published on the www.laleggendariacharlygaul.it website and in accordance with applicable F.C.I. regulations, that I will be 16 years old on the date of The 2013 Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone, and that I possess a medical certificate for competitive sports that will be valid on July 19th.
I am aware that participation in The 2013 Time Trial - Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone and/or sports events in general carries possible risks. I also state that I am enrolling of my own free will and that I accept all the risks deriving from my participation in this event, including falls; collisions with vehicles, other participants, spectators or of any other kind; weather conditions including extreme heat, cold and/or humidity; traffic and road conditions; and any other well-known risk I have duly considered. Since I am aware of the above, and in consideration of the acceptance of my application, I – on my own behalf and on behalf of no other person or institution – hereby relieve the Organizing Committee of The 2013 Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone, promotional organizations, the A.S.D. Charly Gaul Internazionale amateur sports association, the Azienda per il Turismo Trento, Monte Bondone, Valle dei Laghi Tourist Board, the municipalities lying along the cycling routes, the provincial government (Provincia Autonoma di Trento), all the sponsors of the event and their representatives and successors; and the officials, managers, members, agents and employees of the above organizations from all current or future claims or responsibilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, deriving from my participation in this event. Once my application for The 2013 Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone has been accepted, the registration fee will not be refunded, even if the event is canceled (except under the conditions described in the regulation). I authorize the above organizations to make any use, free-of-charge, of the pictures, recordings, videos, images on web sites and any other promotional and/or advertising material - on any support - that refers to my participation to this event”.
Privacy: Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 dated June 30, 2003, you are hereby informed that: a) the information contained in the application form is required for registration, for preparing the list of the participants, for the standings, for archiving, for offering the services stated in the regulations and for sending information and promotional materials on the Legendary Charly Gaul Trento Monte Bondone or on its partners; b) failure to provide the above information on the application form will result in your exclusion from the event; c) your rights are listed in article 7 of the above mentioned Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03. At any time, you have the right to verify, modify or cancel your personal information free-of-charge by writing to ASD Charly Gaul Internazionale – Piazza della Portella 3 – 38122 Trento, Italy.
Important Notice: the Organizing Committee reserve the right to modify these regulations at any time and for any reason that it considers appropriate for better organizing the race. For everything that is not contemplated by these regulations, the general rules issued by the National Amateur Cycling Commission of the F.C.I. (Italian Cycling Federation) apply.
